Orders
An order is confirmed when payment has been received and you receive a confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is unavailable, if pricing was listed in error, or if fraud is suspected. In that case any payment taken is refunded in full.
Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars and exclude any import duties or local taxes. Prices may change without notice; the price shown at checkout applies to your order.
Custom work
When you commission custom artwork you confirm that you have the right to use any photo you supply. You receive a personal-use licence for the finished artwork. We retain copyright in the artwork and may show it in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Acceptable use
You may not use this store for unlawful purposes, attempt to interfere with its operation, or resell our artwork as your own.
Liability
We are responsible for delivering your order as described. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
